low sales of this model  and tough competition at the time caused the vax company to exit the united states market quickly
This vacuum has been stored away forgotten about in a closet for decades
overall very good condition with less than typical use as pictures should show
hose has been repaired at some time with apparently 2 hoses spliced together
small clear hose for carpet cleaning is in very good condition
this model uses paper bags when used for dry pick up which are still available imported from overseas
includes owners manual and sales brochure both in great condition as well
we have tested basic operation of vacuum and appears to operate as intended however have not done any carpet cleaning tests with it
plug on power cord has been replaced at some time
there are many youtube videos that go over operation of this item
