The newest line to Tsunami Compressed Air Solutions, Pure-10 Regenerative Dryers provide the same high quality air as the Ultra Dryer line at a reduced cost. Pure-10 systems utilize a simple control system and 50 cfm Tsunami pre-filtration to assure removal of water, oil, and particulates before entering the dryer. The system is designed to achieve dew points down to -80°F and relative humidity down to .01% RH.

Filtration

Tsunami filters are built for the unavoidable surges ordinary filters can't
handle. All units are machined from the highest quality materials &
anodized inside & out to ensure long-lasting durability against trapped
contaminates. Filters and filtration packages are sequenced in the
following order:

STAGE 1: The Tsunami Water Separator removes water and up to 1 quart
per minute & filters particulate down to 10 micron.
STAGE 2: Oil Coalescing Filters removes oil aerosols down to .001 ppm &
traps particulates down to .01 micron.
STAGE 3: The Activated Carbon Filter removes oil vapor down to .003
ppm, removing odor & taste from the air.

Drying

Tsunami Regenerative Air Dryers are designed to be compatible with any
spray foam rig. Our systems are built as complete packages & are wallmountable
to eliminate wasted floor space used for bulky equipment.

Tsunami systems self-regenerate to ensure ultra clean, dry air.
Approximately every two minutes, a controlled signal forces an internal
piston to shift. The shift in the piston redirects air flow through the
opposite canister(s) while simultaneously back-flowing a small amount
of dry air through the previously utilized tower; it's like changing out
desiccant every two minutes!
