TriboDyn® Tri-Guard™ 2100 Piston Synthetic Diester Compressor Oil is a complex proprietary formula utilizes synthetic diester base fluids to provide enhanced cleaning properties and outstanding carbon and varnish control. Is specially formulated with advanced Tri-Guard™ antiwear additive technology designed for use in a wide variety of reciprocating air compressors. This Tri-Guard™ Technology offers an exceptional level of protection against wear, rust, and corrosion, as well as outstanding resistance against oxidation and thermal breakdown. Is designed for reciprocating air compressors to provide up to 8,000+ hours of service, reduces energy consumption, is non-toxic/non-hazardous, and has a high flash point. TriboDyn® Tri Guard™ 2100 Piston Synthetic Diester Compressor Oil is engineered to control foam for improved film strength, excellent resistance to varnish and carbon deposits under high temperature applications and minimize impact from airborne contaminants. Has outstanding thermal and oxidative stability, resists water contamination, is compatible with most seals & plastics, and has a wide operating temperature range. It provides outstanding service — even in the most severe operating conditions, extends equipment life and helps improve facility uptime.
Applications: TriboDyn® Tri-Guard™ 2100 Piston Synthetic Diester Compressor Oil is designed for reciprocating air compressors that require an ISO 100 or 30W non-detergent compressor oil. Oil life is dependent on operating conditions and maintenance practices – a regular oil analysis program is recommended. NOT RECOMMENDED for breathing air or refrigeration compressors.
NOT COMPATIBLE WITH silicones or polyglycol (PAG) fluids.
TriboDyn® Tri-Guard™ 2100 Piston Synthetic Diester Compressor Oil is compatible with most synthetic and/or conventional compressor oils. Directions for use: Follow the compressors manufacturer’s ISO or SAE weight recommendations and all other OEM specifications.
