This warranty commences on the date of delivery to the buyer. The duration of the warranty shall be one (1) year from the date of delivery as set forth above. This warranty shall be effective only if seller receives notice of such defects in materials and workmanship during the period of the warranty stated above.

This one (1) year Warranty is for the Motor/Compressor; Other parts have a 6** Months Limited Warranty

Excluded from this Warranty are all problems or failures resulting from:

• Improper or inadequate maintenance of the product by the Buyer;
• Unauthorized opening, servicing or modification of the product by any means;
• Opening, servicing or modification other than by a Certified Technician will void the Warranty (unless Tech is approved by Us;
• Operation of the product outside its environmental specifications;
• Neglect, misuse, abuse or accidental damage of the product by means of Human or Natural causes;
• User replaced fuses incorrectly;
• Modification or integration with other components not covered by seller warranty

This machine should be operated by a knowledgeable/professionally trained Operator

** 6 Months warranty is for hoses, water/air/ electrical connectors, valves and any other material which may experience wear and tear

Once the Warranty period is over, we can still offer service and/or repair, but all expenses; including but not limited to shipping back to us, parts, manual labor, etc. will run at the Buyer's expense.

RETURN OF THIS ITEM: Buyer must contact us before returning this item.  Buyer has 3 days to contact us with any issues and returned item must be received within 30 days of delivery date. ***There is a 15% restocking fee on this item (stock Model) ***A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on Special Order Products including those to which customized add-on items have been mounted on the unit. If a returned item is not in the same new or acceptable condition in which it was sent or any accessories are missing, the full purchase price will not be refunded or credited; and we reserve the right to issue what we consider a fair market refund.
