SARGENT NO 422 WOOD PLANE JOINTER SMOOTH BOTTOM 21.5” LONG Pat Feb 3

Up for grabs is what I believe to be an antique SARGENT NO 422 wood plane. It would be is a great addition to any collection of vintage carpentry tools. The smooth bottom and jointer make it perfect for creating precise and smooth cuts. With a length of 21.5 inches, it is a sturdy and durable piece that can last for generations. The patent date of Feb 3, 1891, adds to its historical significance. It’s true what they say they don’t make them like they used to.
As you can see from the pictures, this probably needs a little TLC.
