If you wish to return or exchange a product, Luxe Home Accent has set guidelines in place, provided you formally contact us via email requesting a return/exchange within the allowable time frame.
The basis for approval of a return/exchange will be evaluated on the following conditions:
- Item(s) need to be returned within 5 days of receiving it.
- The product should be unopened, unused and still in a resalable condition. Original tags should still be attached (if any).
- The packaging should also be in its original condition from delivery.
To simplify the process, all Return/Exchange requests will be treated as a refund. Once you return the item, we will process it for a refund, and you can always place another order for the intended product.
In order to ensure a prompt refund, please contact us at the soonest possible time for the prompt processing of the Return/Exchange.
Please make certain that the product you ordered will be returned in the same state that you received them.
Please note that we cannot accept returns that are sent back to us without prior approval.
Always use a traceable method of delivery when returning the item. This is to avoid disputes and minimise the chances of a lost return parcel.
Returns must be lodged within 5 days and must be received within 14 days of receipt, per the conditions below:
1.) Product/s must be unopened and in their original condition.
2.) Product/s must be returned to us as they arrived - with adequate protection during transit.
Full refunds will not be issued for goods received back in damaged condition. Please contact us if you would like to arrange a return. We will forward a Return Authorization Form, which must accompany the returned goods. We recommend using a registered postal method when returning goods to us. This minimizes the chances of a lost parcel and avoids disputes. You are responsible for any product/s damage during transit as a result of unsuitable packaging. Returns will not be accepted beyond these times, and no further communication will be undertaken. DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS:
Any claim against a product sold by Collection Prestige must be lodged in writing (via Pricetronic contact us with photo proof) within 5 days of receipt. Please provide photos of the faulty or damaged product.
If it is then agreed that the item should be returned to Luxe Home Accent or it’s Affiliate, then this must be received by Luxe Home Accent within 14 days of receipt.
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been opened and used.
Returns will not be accepted beyond these times, and no further communication will be undertaken. INCORRECT PRODUCTS:
All orders are picked and checked twice before sending them. In the very rare instance we have sent you an incorrect product, please leave the item unopened and contact us. We will provide you with a Reply Paid address and send the correct item. Any opened products, regardless if correctly sent, are not eligible for return

All orders can be canceled until our team processes them. Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours of placing an order.
Once the order is processed, the packaging and shipping process is started, and it can no longer be canceled.

2. For items with a “Free Return” label, you can return the products within 15 calendar days from receiving the item(s), if the item is in an unused and undamaged condition with original packaging and all safety seals and labels are retained and not damaged.
3. For Large Orders and Overseas Territories Orders, before you place the order, please contact us at [email protected] to confirm if you are entitled to a Free Return service.
Large Orders refer to parcels exceeding one of the following standards:
Longest side: 120 CM
Total length, width, and height: 210 CM
Weight: 30 KG;
Overseas Territories Orders refer to the orders with addresses in the territories of Spain, the postal code of which starts with 35, 38, 51, or 52.
4. A copy of the Luxe Home Accent credit card purchase receipt and a copy of the original Luxe Home Accent invoice may be requested before Luxe Home Accent Customer Service issues a Return Authorization.
5. Unit must be in ‘New’ condition and returned in original packaging with all original accessories, literature, and other components. Luxe Home Accent reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature, or other original components are missing.
6. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer personal reasons, such as not liking the color/quality, changing your mind, ordering by mistake, etc.
7. Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Discounted sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged;
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging;
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use;
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and are paid by you.
8. Any deviation from the return policy outlined above could result in a delay of your refund, additional restocking/shipping fees, or refusal of your return.
Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer via ground shipment.
9. You will be fully refunded as soon as the quality control has been completed at the warehouse and the returned items meet the conditions of the refund.
Funds will usually be credited within 7-14 business days of receipt of returned product pending qualification and subject to the above criteria.
