We offer FREE Ground Shipping on most of our items!48 Contiguous US States: UPS or USPS. We also offer Next Day Air if necessary, ask us for quote. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, US territories addresses: USPS Priority Mail Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) before our cut-off time of 2:00 PM (eastern time). All orders placed afterward will be processed the next business day.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge sales tax in certain states. Even though most of our products qualify for tax exemptions if purchased on other platforms (i.e. website), Pricetronic does not provide a method for completing tax exempt sales. Therefore, all Pricetronic purchases through All States Ag Parts will be charged sales tax regardless of the buyer's sales tax status. We cannot refund sales tax once the sale is processed on the Pricetronic site, you may be able to request a refund directly from your state's taxing authority.
Returns
We gladly accept returns for any uninstalled item within 30 days of purchase.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and deduction of the original shipping cost. After 30 days the buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
If the item fails after installation or the wrong item is sent due to shipping error, we will arrange to get you a replacement item once the item is received and examined.

Warranty
Unless otherwise specified all of our items come with a full 1-year warranty. Our warranty covers a one-time replacement.
The warranty does not cover anything else, including labor, removal, installation, diagnostic and other contingent expenses. In most cases, we do offer advanced warranty replacement which is something that sets us apart from the competition. We will charge a deposit fee to ensure we get the original item back.
Warranty will be VOIDED if the item is returned locked up, contaminated or damaged. Have your system serviced by a professional to guarantee a long and trouble-free system for years to come.
In order for the warranty to be considered, you must return the item with a copy of your purchase order and certified mechanic's invoice.
