Air Compressor, double piston onboard compressor used on Clean Burn waste oil heaters and boilers 280,000 BTU plus. Smaller units can use the single piston compressor available in our store.
This is a replacement part used in a variety of heaters, burners, and boilers.
This IS NOT for a clean burn heater or furnace only a PART of it that requires replacement.

Great For : Composites (Fiberglass, Carbon Fiber, etc), Vacuum Forming Plastic, Veneer, Wood , Degassing, Vacuum bagging, Lathe Vacuum chucking, Vacuum Clamping System, Hold Down Jigs, Food Savers, Photographic plate holding, compressor applications, and many other uses. These are "Oilless" pumps and require No external lubrication!
They do not come with any outlets ( outlets are 1/4-18 NPT ). Plumb with your preferred fittings of brass, plastic, stainless, etc.
These do have fan guards and a capacitor and come ready to attach to any base with bottom mounted threaded holes.
We have rebuild kits and service parts available for these as well.

Wiring instructions - 2 red wires go to the capacitor. 2 black wires go to hot or neutral, it does not matter. Yellow/green goes to ground.
These will pull 26+" HG and have operating Pressures up to 70+ psi intermittently, These will restart under pressure. For reliability we also include a NEW Motor capacitor with each pump at No Extra Charge!!! These do not come with any other accessories, no outlets, fittings, power cord, or motor mounts.We guarantee you will be pleased with our products.
