Step.1

Remove the piston mounting bolt from the pulley

Step.2

Remove the piston connecting rod from the pulley

Step.3

Loose four screws around the cylinder head and then remove the head

 

Step.4

Install the piston rod into the new sleeve and put the new ring on the top of the piston

Step.5

Install new gaskets of the same shape on the valve plate

Step.6

Install the new piston and new sleeve back on the pump
