 All returns require an RMA (it will be your ebay ID name).

 Please save all packaging and accessories for any order, as it must be returned with the item if returned.

 All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order to process return.

Return Policy

 Shipping is non-refundable under all circumstances; (this means that even if the item has free shipping offered, the actual shipping cost of the order will not be refunded) an exception may be made if Great Web Deals made an error in the entering of address or shipping method, or wrong item was shipped.  

Customers agree to report lost or damaged shipping claims to Great Web Deals within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
