Men's Horsepower top hand collection HP9502 in excellent pre-owned condition. Cutter toe, black suede vamp with blue goat 13 inch shafts. Comes with removable comfort insole. These are from Horsepower's top hand collection, with the stacked leather heels not the leatherboard that's used in the other models. These are great boots, I'm only selling them because I just scored a pair of black Rios of Mercedes full roughout (vamp & shaft) cutter toes on a super deal and won't be wearing the HPs any more😅.
