Providing up to 1,100 blows per minute (bpm), this Makita 70-pound AVT breaker hammer features Anti-Vibration Technology to absorb shock and minimize vibration. An automatic brush cut-off prevents damage to the commutator for prolonged equipment life. You can use alternative power sources using the hammer's AC/DC switch.The Makita 15-Amp breaker hammer comes has a short profile design to ease movement on rough surfaces. Integrated with the Makita Motor Advantage, the tool also contains extra copper commutator bars, field core interlocking steel laminations and a dual ball-bearing armature for facilitating efficient energy transfer and extending service life.
