Suitable for light gauge metal, rebar, pipe, conduit and tubing, it features a 15-Amp motor with a high rotational speed of up 3,800 rpm for optimal performance. With a large cutting capacity, this power tool lets you cut up to 4 inches by 7-5/8 inches or 2-3/4 inches by 9-1/8 inches for rectangular tubing, 4-11/16 inches for square tubing and 5 inches for round stock. To get precise angled cuts, the Makita 15-Amp motor cut-off saw allows for fence adjustment of up to 45 degrees in either left or right direction. It also adjusts to three various positions to accommodate different material sizes.
Built at only 37 pounds, this Makita spindle lock cut-off saw eases portability around your jobsite. The tool's ergonomic carrying handle combined with a chain to lock the cutting head in the down position ensure comfort while increasing transport safety. The two-stage lock-off power switch and onboard wrench storage also add to your convenience. A spindle lock makes wheel replacements easy and the tool-less vice adjustment allows for fast and easy clamping of your workpiece.
