Step 1. Install the new compression Piston Ring on the top of the Connecting Rod          

Step 2. Insert the Connecting Rod and Cylinder Sleeve into the pump.  

Step 3. Install the new O-Ring Seal on the upper valve plate          

Step 4. Install the new O-Ring Seal on the lower valve plate          

Step 5. Place the valve plate on the pump          

Step 6. Place the pump head over the valve plate and tighten
