We will ship your order within 72 hrs after receiving payment (Excluding weekends & public holidays). Please notice the estimated delivery date on the listing. This is more important than we the item will show as shipped. We store products in several warehouses across the country. Sometime it will take 3-4 days to ship but its in your same city and will show up next day. Other times it will ship immediately but take 5 days to get to you.

Your order will be sent to the address given at checkout. If you need your order sent to an alternative address, you must add the address to your eBay account prior to purchase.

Once your order has been shipped we will send you an ‘Item Shipped’ email to let you know that your order is on its way and tracked details will be added to your order.

Returns

We are only human and mistakes do occasionally happen, if you receive the wrong item, are missing any pieces or have any other problems with your order, please contact us via Ebay Message Center.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept it back for a refund provided your initial request to return the item is within 30 days from the date of purchase. If your initial request to return the item is after 30 days from the date of purchase unfortunately we would be unable to accept the return request.

All returns must be received in perfect resell-able condition in order for refunds to be granted. If the product or product packaging has been damaged, it's missing parts, or we receive it damaged due to poor return shipping we cannot offer any refund.

Once your item has been returned to us, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.
