Insert the Connecting Rod and Cylinder Sleeve into the pump. Step 3. Install the new O-Ring Seal on the upper valve plate. Step 4. Install the new O-Ring Seal on the lower valve plate.   Step 5. Place the valve plate on the pump. Step 6. Place the pump head over the valve plate and tighten.
