Installation Guides:

Step 1. Install the new compression Piston Ring on the top of the Connecting Rod.

Step 2. Insert the Connecting Rod and Cylinder Sleeve into the pump.

Step 3. Install the new O-Ring Seal on the upper valve plate.

 

Step 4. Install the new O-Ring Seal on the lower valve plate.

Step 5. Place the valve plate on the pump.

Step 6. Place the pump head over the valve plate and tighten.
