Description

Hitachi EC 28M Air Compressor as-is for REPAIR or PARTS, This unit came with some other equipment I purchased and has problems, it runs but when it gets to approx 40 psi it kicks the reset out. When I was watching it run the fan on one side of the motor spins as it should but the fan on the other side does not. I do not know how to work on these and just selling as-is.
