This is a very nice Freeman 3 in 1 floor nailer, model PFL618BR. It is made for T and L cleats, and 2 in nails 18 ga.  It is pneumatic. ^ I do not know much about it, but I tested it and it works great!  It comes with one row of nails in the clip. It does not come with a mallet, and there is a split in the handles cover (see pic).
