SO DO NOT WAIT TO REPORT ANYTHING!!!!! YOU NEED TO INSPECT YOUR ITEM THE MOMENT IT COMES IN. IF THERE IS PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO PACKAGING, NOTE IT ON THE BOL AND ASK DRIVER TO GET A CLAIM NUMBER.  UN-PACK IT AND CHECK YOUR PICTURES WE PROVIDE SHOWING ANY COSMETIC DAMAGE ON THE UNIT. IF THERE ARE ACCESS DOORS LIKE HEATING & COOLING EQUIPMENT YOU NEED TO TAKE THEM OFF AND CHECK TO BE SURE COMPRESSORS ARE STRAIGHT AND HAVEN’T SHIFTED ETC.   IF YOUR UNIT COMES IN WITH PHYSICAL DAMAGE NOT IN THE PICTURES, YOU ALSO NEED TO INSPECT AND SEE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP IT OR IT’S BAD ENOUGH JUST REFUSE IT.  WE DON’T TAKE RETURNS AS LONG AS THE PICTURE TELLS YOU OF ANY COSMETIC DAMAGES ARE THERE. NOT ALL ITEMS HAVE ANY DAMAGE, BUT WE PICTURE THOSE THAT DO.
