Please Note: This is not a regular size sandblaster hose. It is meant to be smaller for folks blasting light duty items requiring lower volume such as inside a sandblast cabinet. It also uses the smaller Type 2 nozzle which is more prominently used in non-commercial sandblasting systems such as the Clarke and Harbor Freight units. Most pressure pot sandblasters contain a heavy, thick hose which can be quite cumbersome, especially for light sandblasting or glass etching. This nozzle, hose and conversion kit allows you to easily convert your old system to be much more maneuverable and easy to work with!

Simply remove the hose clamp from the bottom tee and slip this reducer hose onto the old 1/2" ID outlet. This reducer converts your old 1/2" ID hose to a efficient 1/4" ID hose. The 1/4" clear hose is not your typical cheap tube found at hardware stores. It is a quality long-lasting, abrasive resistant hose suitable for sandblasting and rated at a working pressure of 67 PSI @ 70°F and a burst pressure of 201 PSI @ 70°F. Every metal part that the abrasive comes in contain with is made of steel for long-lasting durability. Parts are a mixture of stainless steel and galvanized steel to prevent rust.
