Buyer pays return shipping and must provide a tracking number with insurance. Jewel City Tools is not responsible for refund if item(s) are lost or damaged during return shipping. All returns should be packed in proper packaging to avoid damage to the item or it original packaging. All returns must be issued a RMA number.
