The unique patented design of the cabinet allows for a large work area of 36”x24”x24” with dust or paint fumes collected and exhausted into a shop vac or directly outside through a custom exhaust manifold (sold separately). The cabinet is very lightweight at only 10 pounds, and collapses to a compact size (60”x24”x3”) for easy storage. It erects or collapses in minutes and once it’s up it works like any permanent cabinet. Just set it up on saw horses or a bench or even a couple of chairs and it’s ready to work. The interior is made of a durable plastic that is solvent resistant and comes in a bright white finish to insure a well-lit blasting/painting area. The (replaceable) clear plastic lenses for the viewing and lighting portals ensure that you always have a good view of the work area. Almost any type of blast media can be used and can be collected for reuse simply by placing a container under the hole in the bottom of the cabinet. The (optional) exhaust manifold for painting converts it to a spray booth by connecting a wet/dry vacuum blower (set to blow) on one side and an exhaust hose to the other. Any type of paint can be sprayed and it’s perfect for air brushing motorcycle tanks, helmets and other bike parts. Fresh paint overspray wipes right off the liner with a thinner rag to keep it clean for the next usage. It comes with a limited, one year warranty against all defects on components that are not normal wear items, like the clear plastic lenses, the liner and the complementary sandblasting gun and gloves that come in every kit.
