Black & Decker Quantum BD3100 with zippered Dust collector

This has the dust collector attached which to me is HUGE.We ship all items using care and want you to receive them in the same condition they leave our home.  If USPS Parcel Select Ground is Selected, insurance should be added.  If a faster and more secure shipping option is available for the same cost it will be used,  and if we over estimate the cost of shipping we return the overage.  Higher prices on shipping and oversize item surcharges are in effect and though we can't control these things we want your items to arrive well packed and in a timely manner.
