Brand new blades.
I purchased these in a lot of various length blades of which some were the length I needed for my saw on a internet auction selling items from their school wood shop program. They are getting new wood shop equipment and these did not fit their new machines. They are  different brands, Simonds, Starrett, Morse, Powertech,  and others so all are good quality blades.
