Phase and voltage

A 230V motor single-phase power supply refers to a 1-Phase 230V AC motor. A 230V motor cannot withstand a voltage lower than 208V. They will run too hot and the motor will fail.

RPM

It is very important to match the rpm, the wrong speed will damage your pump. The RPM does not need to be completely matched, and the difference can be close.

For example, 3510rpm, 3550rpm and 3450rpm are the same. They all belong to the so-called 3600 RPM motors.
