Overview

SATC 46PCS 2 inch roll lock surface conditioning sanding disc can be used with small right angle grinders, die grinders, air grinding tools, 1/4" drills. The small diameter of these discs makes them a good match for detail work on tighter contoured areas, each disc meets the highest durability standards for 2 inch quick change sanding discs. All discs are color coded by grade for easy identification. Grades range from super fine to coarse to meet your general polishing requirements.

Resist Loading, Run Cool, Consistent Finish:  Non-woven cloth consists of a web of nylon fibers, which are bonded together and saturated with abrasive grains. This produces a cushioned, three-dimensional material that is pliable, flexible and very long-lasting. The unique construction helps resist loading, run cool, allowing for consistent finishes, and also extend the life of the disc.

Fast Cut Rate, High Performance:  European imported nylon fibers material and sharp aluminum oxide abrasive, provides faster cut rate for consistent finish and higher performance than competitive discs

Extended Life:  High-loft nylon fibers bonded to a STRONG NYLON SCRIM BACKING allows the thick layer of resin bond and aluminum oxide grain for extended life, added durability and stiffness  

Thicker Disc:  Our non-woven surface conditioning discs are thicker than conventional discs. More abrasives fibers, resins added, thus they last up to 2X longer with normal grinding.

Quick and Easy Disc Change:  High strength plastic twist roll lock attachment offers quick and easy disc change-out for multi-step finishing processes
