About the Structure of Flap Discs:  72pcs small 24x18mm cloth backing sanding discs are bonded tightly on the plate. The plate is constructed from 8 layers of fiberglass mesh and one layer of non-woven cloth. Metal rings are embedded on 2 sides.    Self-Fracturing Zirconia Alumina Material:  Premium zirconia alumina fractures frequently to continually produce fresh sharp points and deliver a faster cut-rate than aluminum oxide. Developed for heavy stock removal and high pressure grinding.   Strong X-Weight Polyester Cotton Backing of Small Discs:  Offering flexibility and well-suited for handling sharp edges and medium to high pressure applications
Resin over Resin Bonding:  High strength resin bond system provides superior grain support, resist heat and humidity for longer life than usual resin over glue bond.
