This top and bottom bearing flush trim bit has a 2-1/2" cutting length and a 3/4" diameter. The bit features a double premium bearing on the shank and a single premium bearing on the end. The total length of the bit is nearly 5" with a 1/2" shank.

The direction of cut will significantly effect the results. Having the option to use either the top or bottom bearing as a trim guide will give you the option to flip the workpiece and either ramp or climb the woodgrain. As with all trim bits, choosing the largest diameter that will accommodate your workpiece will yield the smoothest finish.
