Step 2: Listen for any unusual noises. Step 3: Check if cool air comes from the air vents. Step 4: Check for a visible leak under the car. Disassembly and Installation: Operate the refrigerant recovery procedures for compressors. Disconnect the battery negative wire and cable. Remove the drive belt and high/low pressure air conditioning union joint, and disconnect the harness connector of compressor Remove the fixed bolt of the compressor, then remove the compressor. Install and tighten the fixed screw of the compressor. Connect the compressor harness linker. Install compressor high/low pressure union joint and drive belt, then connect the negative wire and cable of the battery. ? Notes: Please ensure this product will fit your vehicle by checking the photos or the part number before purchase. This item is with oil when sent to you, so there is no need to add oil when you use it the first time. Before installing the ac compressor pump please clean the cooling system pipe of the your car. If there are debris or metal shavings in the cooling system pipe it will make the system stuck and shorten the life of the parts dramatically. Please make sure the installation site is clean. Or, it will cause operating obstruction, even make a high temperature to the compressor, and the belt on the clutch may melt.
